These terms apply to every order placed on this store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our shipping policy, returns and refunds policy and privacy policy.
1. Who we are
This store is operated by BarBrewHouse, 304 N Margaret St, Georgetown, DE 19947, United States (“BarBrewHouse”, “we”, “us”).
2. Products and descriptions
Each product is described by what it is, its configuration or pack size and its manufacturer part number. Specifications and compatibility statements repeat what the product’s manufacturer publishes. Product images are for illustration; the specification on the page describes the item you receive.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD ($) and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout. If an item is priced in error or becomes unavailable after you order, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund; we never charge a different price without asking first.
4. Promotional codes
Promotional codes apply only to the products, dates and conditions stated with the code, can be used once per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other codes.
5. Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where the order appears fraudulent, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If payment has been taken, we refund it in full.
6. Safe use
Machines, grinders, brewers and kettles are mains-powered appliances; units sold here are the US models rated for US mains supply. Read the manufacturer’s manual before first use, do not modify the appliance, and do not use it with a damaged cord or plug. Descalers and cleaners are chemicals: follow the instructions on the pack, keep them away from children and do not mix them with other cleaning products.
7. Warranty
Appliances carry the manufacturer’s own warranty on the manufacturer’s terms. Using a third-party maintenance product may affect that warranty, depending on the manufacturer’s terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.
